INTRODUCTORY VOICE-OVER COURSE
This is an intensive day of study and performance for a maximum of 4 people, under the expert tuition of Michael Groth, known to millions from BBC TV’s That’s Life, and as the voice of Dreams, Britain’s leading bed specialist. All styles of voice-over work are studied and analyzed, from soft sell to hard sell, corporate to straight reads. We look at your own reading ability and how to get the most out of your voice. You also get to see how it feels in front of a microphone hearing your own voice through headphones! This is a great introduction to the world of voice-overs.
3 HOUR VOICE-OVER DEMO RECORDING
For those wanting to take it to the next step, you can then book a recording session in a top Recording Studio. This is a 3 hour session where you will be produced and directed by Michael Groth who will ensure you end up with the best possible voice-over demo, which you can then send out to Voice-over Agents, Production Companies and Advertising Agencies , hopefully enabling you to break into this very lucrative business.
ONE-TO-ONE VOICE-OVER COURSE
For those of you who want to do it all in one go and on a one-to-one basis - you can have the training and record your demo all in the same day, again under the expert and ever-watchful eye of Michael Groth, who will get the best possible performance out of you. The morning is spent studying and listening to good examples of voice-overs, analyzing performances, looking at your reading ability, seeing what styles of voice-over suit your voice. The afternoon is then spent in the recording studio putting everything you’ve learned during the morning into practice. Under Michael’s direction, you will end up with a very professional voice-over demo, hopefully setting you apart from the competition, and putting you well on your way to a very profitable new career!
